CAPTAINS:
Please remind your team that if any of you are caught with alcohol on the premises you will be asked to leave and your team will be excluded from playing, the remainder of the season.
Also, if you bring children, you MUST have them supervised by a responsible party while you play. If children run on to the court during play,
or disrupt the matches in any way, the referee may ask you to leave and forfeit the match, at his/her discretion. This is for the safety of all.

IMPORTANT DATES LEAGUE INFORMATION

SPRING SESSION

ALL Divisions:

  Dues are $330 per Team Payable to Quarter Keg Pub

  Play begins Week of April 22nd

  Play 10 regular weeks

  THE WEEK OF JULY 1 4th THERE ARE NO MATCHES

  Playoffs begin the week of July 8th (2 weeks)

  Captains, please notify Rob if you are NOT returning for Fall session by July 5th

  Finals are Saturday July 20th

  There is NO break after playoffs.

  Regular Play Begins on the 22nd for the next session



How to register 2 Step process:

(1)   Mail or drop off your roster to the Quarter Keg Pub with a $100.00 Deposit.

  Include the team name, night, league and captain name/contact information

  Your check should have your team name / night written in the memo

  If you are registering 2 or more teams: EACH team entry must have a sign-up sheet

(2)   Email ROBALG68@GMAIL.COM with your team name, captain contact information, night/division you will play.

 

  Both of these actions MUST be taken. Deposit/Roster receipt by QKP will be dated/time stamped. This is especially important for Tuesday and Thursday night.

  Regardless of how many years you have played at the QKP, sign up and entry to the league is on a first come-first served basis: this means your check, roster and email ALL have to have been received to earn a place; and once the league is full, you will be put on a waiting list.

 

(3) Please submit entries by April 5th. If league is not full by April 5th, we may accept additional rosters

 

Captains Meeting the Thursday the 18th of April 6:30 PM at QKP.

 

Final payment is due the week of May 5th through 10th. NO roster changes after that week. If final payment is not made at that time, you may be subject to auto-forfeiting the next match.

 

IF your team is paid in full by May 10th, your team will be given precedence for the Fall League.

  Teams who registered for Spring and who paid in full by the deadline will automatically be entered for Fall UNLESS you tell me you are not playing (which is appreciated in order to accommodate teams on the wait list).


If your team is NOT paid in full by May 10th, teams on the wait-list will be given the opportunity to take your spot for 2018 Fall Session.

 

 

FALL SESSION

 

Returning Teams:

 

Roster / Deposit for Fall Session: Due week of July 8th

  Please follow same 2-step process as Spring sign-up, above

 

Final Payment is due the week of Aug 5th NO roster changes after Aug 5th

If payment is not received by Aug 5th you may be subject to auto-forfeiting the next match.

  Playoffs begin the week of September 30th (2 weeks)

  Finals are October 12th
